Nicaila Matthews Okome is a Jamaican born, Bronx bred marketer and side hustler turned full-time podcaster and entrepreneur.

Nicaila is a podcast growth expert, speaker, and side hustle to profitable business coach. She helps side hustlers and podcasters turn their skills into profitable businesses so they can work how they want, live how they want, and never wait for permission.
